I left Scotland where I was born when I was 4 and the UK/Jersey in 1976 when I was 8 and grew up in LA. I only returned to Jersey for several days back in 1990 while I was in college. I've spent the last 26 years since I left LA in Spain and Asia and became a permanent resident of Spain 20 years ago when it was still easy. I feel bad for young Americans and British who have little money and few options. Life for young people was much better during the 80s and 90s than it is today.

For example all of European countries, Canada, Japan, Singapore, AU several third world countries as well on the list. Which means that if a Hungarian citizen emigrates to let's say Spain, then he don't have to pay taxes for Hungary since Hungary has agreement with Spain (only where he lives has to pay it). So it's completely different what the USA has. For many years Hungary had agreement with the USA too.
