VAPNARTAK 2025 SHOW REVIEW AND PICKUPS CHAT

On Sunday 2nd February 2025 we attended the VAPNARTAK 2025 Wargaming Show!
Just a quick video sharing our thoughts on the event and showing some of the purchases we made on the day.

@@JohnChocodich thank you! If you are on Facebook have a look for the Wargames Calendar and events page, there are a lot of smaller local shows that grt shared on there. You might find one close to you that's easy to get to 🙂

I will check this one out for next year, looking forward to the Wirral War Con too. I hope there will be lots of traders and deals to be had at the Wirral War con :)

You're gonna need a bigger desk 😂 Never heard of Red Vectors before, but I can't believe their prices. I'll be getting some western bits off them for sure 👍🏻

@@tk-eva72minis nevermind a bigger desk, I need a bigger house! 😅 I've not had any of the Red Vectors stuff before this but they do all sorts on their website, some really nice stuff and the prices are great!

Point to note, a big drop off in Traders. I've been attending this show for many years and the gaps where traders would normally be was noticeable. Wether its just the trade dropping off and retiring ? or maybe not worth while for some ? Although the que was impressive to get in. There was still a small que at 11am and people paying to get in when i left at 1pm.

@@OW... I'm not sure on the amount of traders as this was the first year I've attended but from what I've read/seen a lot of wargames companies are stepping away from shows now which is a shame. I wonder if it's the cost of set up, travel, accomodation etc as some travel from quite far away. Great Escape Games for example are nearly a 5 hour drive away 😱 great to see them there though so glad they attended 😅 We only stayed a couple of hours then headed home about half 12 and there was still people heading in. Definitely a long day for us!

@@robandrosehobden3344 the turkey man really made me laugh, such a fun miniature and some heft to him too being metal! What show is it you are heading to in June? I have the opposite issue to yourself, I'm only really able to go to stuff in the North haha!
