வெண்பொங்கல் செய்ய தேவையான பொருட்கள் :-
புழுங்கல் அரிசி - 1/2 கிலோ
பாசிப்பருப்பு - 150 கிராம்
எண்ணெய் - 50 மில்லி
மிளகு - 2 ஸ்பூன்
சீரகம் - 2 ஸ்பூன்
வத்தல் - 5
இஞ்சி சிறிதளவு
நெய் - ஸ்பூன்
Ingredients required to make venpongal:-
Boiled rice - 1/2 kg
Green Gram Dal/Split Green Gram - 150 grams
Oil - 50 ml
Pepper - 2 spoons
Cumin - 2 spoons
Dry Chilli - 5
A little ginger
Ghee - spoon
