Fantastic video and good to see some more of the anyfish anywhere team! Had the pleasure of talking to Julian recently helping me make the decision on a rod purchase, going as far as to getting one of the team members to drop me a rod off to try! You cannot get better customer service than that! And today I purchased my brand new GBFS PRO Mk2, and can’t wait to go “chase some plaice” tomorrow. I got a pair of them. Also had the mk1s. Julian is a top fella. I got the new holdall aswell and is amazing quality takes my two tourno mk2s, bigloo and mti tripod. I do struggle to get the rod apart after a session. It's Ok when I'm with someone to give me a hand but struggle on my own. What can I do on the spigot to help get them apart?

Use a carpenter’s pencil and run it over the spigot. When the graphite is on the spigot it acts as a lubricant. Make sure the spigot is covered in graphite at least as far as it goes in the butt.

I’ve got a lot of Anyfish Anywhere rods, I think they’re great. Dai built me a pair of the Anyfish Anywhere Tournament Match Remastered rods, they’re bloody epic. I had them built for fixed spool.
