Love the techno/trance vibe going on here. I had thought about tackling this track myself a while back but didn't know how to go about improving it, but that's a very clever way of doing it while still keeping the other feel in tact. Great use of TL modulation too!

As much as I'd like to have something intelligent & useful to say about your music, it's just not possible. Hearing your fully realized versions of the Genesis's sound chip, which already holds a special place in my heart, just evokes such visceral joy that it's hard for me to focus on anything else. Superior to the original one for me. I'm not a fan of Vectorman's soundtracks mostly because Jon Holland said in an interview that the Mega Drive wasn't capable of doing great music. Remember he said it was like trying to play an orchestra with an ukulele...and man he was totally wrong, so wrong that someone else surpassed his own composition right here.

@@solarflare9078 I'm not a fan but not saying isn't nice to listen, is just that it has that sour flavor because of that comment from the composer. Still even lots of his contemporaries back then created much better music on those supposely "weak" sound chips XD

The only thing that really lets the FM chip down is that it's sine wave only, if it had more single cycle waveforms the sound would be even richer.
