• 1 Minute Chutney for ... - Chammanthi for Bajji
Ingredients
Boiled Egg -4
Besan Powder -1cup
Roasted fine rice flour -2tbsp
Salt-
Sugar -1 pinch
Asafoetida powder -1/4tsp
Kashmiri Chilli Powder -1tbsp
Onion -1/2 of small
Green chilli-2
Curryleaves -few
Ginger -1/2tsp
Chammanthi -1 tbsp
Green chilli -2
For chammanthi
Coriander leaves -hand full
Mint leaves -15
Grated coconut -4tbsp
Vinegar - 2tbsp
Salt-
Green chilli -5
Method
Make chammanthi and keep aside ..
In a bowl add besan ,rice flour ,sugar ,salt ,asafoetida powder ,water , onion, ginger ,curry leaves ,green chilli and mix well ..
Cut boiled egg ,remove the yellow part .
Add this to a bowl along with 1 tbsp of green chammanthi and mix well..
Then fill the white part with this mix and dip in the batter and deep till done ..
so the tasty easy egg bajji is ready to serve ..

രാവിലെ മുതൽ നല്ല മഴ.. വൈകിട്ട് ചായക്ക് ചേച്ചിടെ special നോക്കണം എന്ന് കരുതി.. മുട്ട ബജ്ജി ഒരു weaknessaa... റെസിപ്പി കണ്ടപ്പോൾ ഉണ്ടാക്കാൻ തീരുമാനിച്ചു.. ചിലരുടെ comment കണ്ടു പൊട്ടി തെറിച്ചു എന്നൊക്കെ.. but വീണേച്ചി റെസിപ്പി ഇട്ട് അത് കറക്റ്റ് follow ചെയ്താൽ issues ഇല്ല എന്നത് വീണ്ടും തെളിഞ്ഞു.. കിടിലൻ മുട്ട ബജ്ജി.. ഒരു പൊട്ടിത്തെറിയുമില്ല.. I guess treating the boiled yolk with chutney n refilling the eggs bk was quite simply out of this world ! And why wld anyone ( or rather me..) go for a chutney-dip option when its all built in thus ?! Back making whatever ur making chechi..... Made chicken kondattam, then tutti frutti, then suji cake, then gobi manchurian, then chicken chilli Chinese style.... All yummy.... Only in suji cake the batter became too much for my cake tin.... So next time would take half measurements..... Rava is 1 1/2 cup so how much would be its half? Online it shows 12 tabspn... Is it correct coz next time i need to make it half than the measurements mentioned in recipe...
