I thought Veg Zalfrezi is an extremely hard dish. I always ordered in restaurants, but wasn't happy with the taste. You have shown the simplest way to prepare it at home. Chef Sanjyot ji, I made this during the Easter weekend as my daughters were home, they loved it. I did the prepping ( made the masala and chopped the vegetables) ahead of time, it was very quick to make it just before dinner. I served this was rotis and rice ( of course we had other items too). Simple and delicious recipe, thank you for sharing.
