This is a vegan dish. Tofu is used instead of ground meat. Mushroom heads, water chestnuts, and bean skins are added to increase the texture. The soft lion head is quite soft. It is fried and then stewed to make it more delicious.
For those who have a strong taste, you can increase or decrease the seasoning according to your favorite saltiness when seasoning the tofu and stewing it later.
recipe:
2 pieces of plate tofu
50 grams of water chestnuts
2 big shiitake mushrooms
Bean curd 50g
Yam 50g
10g sliced ginger
Chinese cabbage 200 grams
Cornstarch 1 tbsp
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tbsp bread flour
Appropriate amount of cornstarch water
Seasoning of lion head meatballs:
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp fine sugar
White pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Five-spice powder 1/4 tsp
To season while cooking:
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
If you don't eat that much at one time, you can store the fried meatballs in the refrigerator and stew them in batches.
The storage time of the meatballs is recommended to be consumed within 5 days.
