Tip for using kala namak/black salt! It looses its flavor if it is cooked for too long, so add it at the end! And if you add a little too much - cook it a little bit and it will go away :)

I never liked Brinner as a kid, but with 5 kids my mom would do it on occasion. HOWEVER all of these recipes are bomb ass Brunch dishes and yours in at the top of my list to make. I was just going to make a meatball Lasagna tonight for Dinner and I really have to try this. This weekend! I got extra noodles and tofu anyway, just have to beat the bushes for that sausage, I think one of my sources here in NZ has that one. Do you use the Field Roast? Yum Lauren!!

Could you please please please show us a recipe of baked potato with vegan fillings? For example, I've been thinking about the typical chicken-curry filling but with cauliflower instead (we don't have as good fake chicken options where I live so prefer veggies hehe) and if that's going to taste any good. I would love to see your take on this to learn which ingredients that goes well with the dish and how to get the fillings as creamy and flavorful as possible! Love your channel!

do you ever find that the black salt eggy flavour disappears if you add it before you cook it? I find that if I add it beforehand I can no longer taste or smell it much, so I started stirring it through my finished tofu scramble to be able to taste it.
