She is awesome! It makes me look like a child when I compare my struggles in life to hers. She has endured some hard choices which impacted her family and yet 31 ish years later she can still smile. Hearing of her daughters death made me teary eyed. She has a wonderful outlook on her life.

Chow is salt Awaze is a mixture of Chilli powder with spices made into a hotsauce.

In Addis Abebe Chow means Salt, but in the rural part of Ethiopia Chow means Awaze and salt is Ashabo.

@@UncleLousKitchen While this video is insighful, it is not informative as it does not include the actual recipe which is frustrating. If you are presenting the video in English and then with translation, this is even MORE reason to post a precise recip for Westerners who are not familiar with the cuisine, Especially if you are calling this series a "Master Class". All "Master Classes" would include detailed written instructions. Including each ingredient and how to source them. This video is not emnabling me to recreate this. It's leaving me stranded with incomplete informatio. Can you post a written recipe with instructions with accurate measurements, ingredients, and instructions? THIS would be the way to grow you channel from 9K to 100K+
