Ciao! Io sono stata a vienna 2 volte, anni fa. Ancora mangiavo molta carne, quindi non ho cercato alternative veg ma ricordo comunque di non averne viste così tante. Sono contentissima di una simile varietà e auspico avvenga lo stesso in italia! Purtroppo la mia amata torta sacher è sempre con uova e latticini nei posti che frequento 😬, però mi piace troppo per rinunciarvi. Al lavoro, quando porto tofu o tempeh, spesso mi sento dire: poverina, ah già, mangi solo verdure!!! 😡
