I don't want to talk out of turn but rice paddies are fertilised with animal faeces and often human waste. So you are probably ingesting some animal by products present as part of the growing process. Good video though.

wow, that is really disgusting! There are a lot of things that are out of our control with the food that we eat. One thing that is actually in our control is choosing to not eat products which caused animal suffering. This is done simply by not eating any meat, fish, or dairy. Cutting this out alone has such a huge impact and is what I find most important!

Hey I noticed you added a LOT of soy sauce but then i realised you’re using low sodium soy, which is probably why you felt the need to add more. Of course, it’s your food and you should cook it the way you want but i think it’d be helpful if you differentiate between low sodium and regular soy sauce for the viewers because that amount of normal soy would be far too salty. Loved the vid!

Hi! Not even lying, in the original video I talked about how I was using low-sodium soy sauce but then I ended cutting that part out. You are right, it is an important detail and I shouldn´t have cut it! I always use reduced sodium soy sauce, the regular is way too strong for me. Thank you for the comment, I really appreciate and will try to keep details like those in future videos!
