I personally don’t know if in a legal sense that it would classify as harassment, probably with good lawyers it could but I doubt that dude would wanna spend money on overpriced lawyers considering he won’t gain financial compensation unless it’s for therapy for his kid or something relevant to the damages for the harassment.
