I loved salted maple, so adding some flaky sea salt on top of the toffee while it cools would be great I bet!

It is pretty salty already because of the baking soda so I would add only a little bit to start!

In the UK honeycomb doesn't have any honey, it's just called that because of the structure, it's just golden syrup, sugar and bicarb here

Liv i have the same breville set up and I use a funnel for when the grinds go in the port filter and was a game changer and then follow with your distributor and tamp and youre set

You can make coffee and frothed milk using a french press, it's really useful 👌

I have an espresso machine so it can do espresso drinks but not drip coffee! It can do an American which is a shot of espresso plus hot water so it is similar to a drip coffee :).
