I thought you were a Level 11 Vegan! How could you possibly think carryover heat would melt vegan cheese? 😂 I think I’m going to really enjoy this series. Looking forward to more! 😁

HA! I did just get word that I'll be bumped down to level 8 for that one. Glad you dig the series "pilot." I hope it helps people learn some tips & tricks!

G'day from down under... A few notes... Chicken salt's generally vegan. And the meat they use is generally kebab meat slices. I'd probably reach for vegan ham before chicken chunks. Regardless, looks delicious!

Thanks! I’d never heard about this before seeing the video, and wow, it was pretty great. The vegan ham would totally be killer on here I bet. Also good to know about the chicken salt. Seems like there are many ways to make it. One day I hope to visit and get on for real.

Hey mate. Really glad I found your channel. A hsp is a specific dish from Lebanese kebab shops. Lots of places have vegetarian versions with felafel. Loaded fries are everywhere too but halal snack pack is a specific thing. Still your version looks awesome and would pass as very close the the legit version.

Thanks! I hope to have a falafel HSP some day in my travels. In retro spect, it seems that deep frying the fries really is important as well (I used oven baked) so that you have more time to eat before they get soggy from all those beautiful sauces.

Hey dude, big fan of the channel. if you ever get a chance, JADA makes a good chicken salt. I never had the non-vegan version, but I enjoy their vegan stuff. Thanks for another good video.

Sam actually used that in his video! I didn't have time to wait for it to be delivered so I just made my own - I think I'll grab some and do a comparison at some point. So glad you like the channel! Appreciate you watching!

Bravo! Thank you for watching Sam the Cooking Jerk so we don't have to! Can't stand that guy and his "kill everything in sight because it's funny" attitude. This compassionate version looks yumtacular. Keep up the awesomeness :)

Funny you mention vegan mozz as I've been gearing up to make a version for my pizza. I've slowly making elements of pizza from scratch and now that I've got the dough down, some fermented vegan mozz is on the docket!

I want to tey a sweet rice glutenous flour in the Mozzarella or maybe it in the way they pound the doung when it's hot that is the answer... I have ideas and I want to give them to someone who has youth on thier side and can follow thru and test it or at least listen and maybe even consider what I am talking about. I am a solo mission in my family my husband eats what I cook but doesn't really get what I'm talking about. Anyway,, Its gonna be more in the Mochi recipe that Mozzarella is born. Oh heck yeah! They're called an "AB" in South Australia, where there are raging (albeit friendly) debates to this day over which café, the Red and White Café or the Blue and White Café (both on the same street in North Adelaide), invented the dish. The name AB originally meant "afterbirth" or "abortion" back in the late 80s, but over time became the less disgusting name "atomic bomb". Just a lil Aussie food rivalry history for you! And you don't wanna get a South Australian started on the "Pie floater" (a meat pie sitting in mushy peas, topped with tomato ketchup, consumed mainly by drunk people) subject 😂

This is awesome info. Cool to know about the history of it as I had no idea it existed just a few weeks ago. I really need to make it down there one day. It is now on my bucket list to get a vegan atomic bomb!

@@BoldFlavorVegan No worries! It's hilarious how tribal us Aussies can get over stuff like this but it's all in good fun :) If you ever make it down under, there's so many places to get great vegan food nowadays and our beaches are paradise :) Get that bucket list!
