That mapo tofu is 🔥 🔥 🔥 😋 love that you add chopped mushroom in it to give some chewy meaty texture. That eggplant is massive! And they look really delicious too with 5 spice glaze! So awesome that they came out from oven looking so good and didn't shrink. All 3 side dishes match so well with rice, bet those green beans are crunchy! Yum. Love this meal set!

hahaha yes the eggplant was massive. you can get so much out of italian eggplant compared to japanese eggplants. yup if you bake it for too long it could shrink but 30 minutes is enough time for it to soften but still hold its shape. thank you for watching and supporting ❤️
