This week I wanted to share a meal prep recipe! I started meal-prepping post-college when I had my first job and was trying to save money. Aside from the financial benefits, I also didn’t have to worry about cooking during the week and always had something delicious ready for me to eat. Even now, during quarantine, I have continued this Sunday ritual and my meal preps have only gotten better over time and are simply delightful.
If you are looking for an Asian-inspired meal idea, then the recipes in this video are for you. 😊 Side note, I believe that food loses its flavor after 4 days which is why each recipe in this video is only enough for 4 servings.
