Lovely breakfast ideas, that yoghurt looked yummy. I’ve got into having rice with butter and stewed ginger rhubarb. I love it and feel it’s very nutritious and good for skin. What a great way to start my Sunday! I can't wait for the casserole recipe, I really appreciate how much you test your recipes! I know when I make them they will never disappoint! You might try to freeze the casserole (probably before you add the chicken) Having a stock pile of frozen dinners was a life saver postpartum. Is that Ripple a soy milk? And I can't wait to make that mushroom pasta! How much onion did you use? I don't see it in the ingredient list. Also, did you use extra virgin olive oil or regular? Someone told me that the extra virgin one should only be used cold because it smokes or oxidizes at a pretty low temperature. Don't know if that's true. Thank you!

I am so happy for you and Nicholas and Little One! I thought perhaps you had dropped a hint in a video a couple weeks ago, then I saw last week's video and couldn't stop smiling! Congratulations! Also, I'm very inspired by the recipes you have been putting out lately. Keep the cozy casseroles coming, they look so delicious! I would also love some cozy fall/winter drink recipes like hot chocolates, herbal teas, hot ciders etc. I appreciate your work but also understand if you miss a week here and there, make sure to take care of yourself and listen to your body. I still remember how exhausted I was when I was pregnant and that was 20 years ago 😂.
