This pistachio ice cream has such a delicate taste, it really honors its star, the pistachio! I am using homemade pistachio paste, it's true that it makes a big difference... I'll explain how to make it on the blog. But I also have a magical ingredient that will enhance the delicate aroma of pistachio: mahlab. And because we want love at the first sight, I boost the color with a few fresh spinach leaves, so much nicer than food colors!
