Ohh that looks so good!! I've been wanting to try to make it at home! If you didn't like the texture from the applesauce, I think you can just use apple peel for flavor, then discard it when the syrup is done!

I'm vegan since 1990, girls. It is definitely easier today but I do have to admit that I miss cottage cheese. And I've tried to make it myself but no success. It's ok, though. My conscience is stronger than my palate.

The starbucks one was definitely overly sweet and I only got 1/3 sweet. It tasted like powdered apple cider in the coffee.
