You can call it Grilled rice paper, since Bánh tráng is rice paper and nướng mean grilled Also you can try making this dish on the grill as the name suggest, or a stove with a grill rack, so that it would give a more crunchy and light texture to the rice paper tho it would require more skill, and aside from vegan eggs, you can put anything you want on it, just like a pizza, hope this could help

how about making the rice paper bacon flavored and add tiny pieces of tofu in between the two sheets for the bacon fat and pour on the mung bean egg. be like a bacon and egg sammach

Sorry Rose, I tried the mung bean egg recipe the first time around and thought it was awful. I wound up giving the mung beans away to a friend so it didn't go to waste. I will try the recipe with the tofu it sounds good.

Maybe I messed it up, or I'm just not used to rice paper, it was like I was eating glass or was going to wake from a nightmare eating plastic, lmao, please say I did it wrong, over/undercooked it or something, because it looks so good. Everything inside was amazing though!

She’s made a few things in some videos and not liked it and then tried some changes or else called it a fail and tried the recipe again in the future with different cooking methods. For example she really struggled making Seitan- I think didn’t knead it enough. But I suppose if you made a recipe that was truly awful you might not want to upload it? Unless it was entertaining to watch? 😂

Try put rice paper both faces and cook both sides bet taste amazing because I love mung bean anyway. Mashed or mung bean blend give meaty taste.
