For the skeptics out there here is another video on how to eat to starve cancer: kzbin.info/www/bejne/hZvOq5mbf99pbNE I plant to interview Dr Lowndes again as soon as possible. So, please let me know your questions under this pinned comment. The "Tim Kaufman" video is here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/iJC3fX1rd7ulmK8 Dr Frank Sabatino video is coming soon and already scheduled as well as many more of course. I schedule these videos out pretty far out in advance now. I'm just implemented the membership packages for those who want to see some videos before they're released... Some videos sit for many months before they're released. :) I do all this solo and my own dime and time. I just got back from an 18 hour drive to Texas where I was gone almost 3 weeks and captured 25 more interviews and 7 presentations, next is Washington, then Virginia, etc... Prior to Texas I was shooting in Iowa, Chicago, Detroit, Ohio, etc... want to get to Boston soon and work my way down the east coast again. One way to help me keep the cameras rolling is: veganlinked.com/fundme/ But, subscribing, watching, sharing, commenting, and HELPING WITH THE HATERS in the comments kindly :) all of that helps! Thanks for watching!

Wow I am floored he admitted that 70% of cancer is related to diet. How many oncologists would ever admit this? Excellent interview. Well worth the travel.

My oncologist said diet has very little to do with my endometrial cancer. It was WRONG information. Then I met a lady in a clothing store who coincidentally had same cancer as me. But she had been treated in Boston using an integrated approach. They told her to go whole foods plant based with no added sugar, no added salt, and no added oils/fats. There were other differences in the care we got. She got told to reduce stress, exercise, etc. I was not told that. My treatment in a smaller city had been missing critical components.

@@happycook6737 same here with the info, but I already knew all this and my diet was pretty damn good! Not perfect but pretty damn good! I had a low risk breast cancer. I think for me it was the pesticides and fertilizers my neighbors uses. Either that or I was too close when 9/11 happened and maybe it triggered something? But they think I had this for 5 yrs. So that would be too long ago i suppose. But I was very close during 9/11. That second plane flew over my head on my way to school. -I’ve been vegan for 10 yrs. Before that I was a veg head for 18 yrs.

Fiber has absolutely no nutritional value and clogs the intestines. All the nutrients come from meat and absorbs into your system quickly. The first two weeks of carnivore your body adjusts to meat only with loose stools because it’s unclogging the system from fiber. I would NEVER take nutritional advice from a radiologist
@VeganLinked
@VeganLinked 2 жыл бұрын
You're joking, right? Actually there is zero science supporting what you're saying. Do you really think you know more than the totality of evidence i.e. American College of Lifestyle Medicine, Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics is the largest on organization on the plant of dietitians and nutritionist and state vegan is healthy for every stage of life, Medicare, Kaiser Permanente, WHO, etc even the American Cancer Society says: Notice they say "fiber rich" "A healthy eating pattern includes: Foods that are high in nutrients in amounts that help you get to and stay at a healthy body weight A variety of vegetables - dark green, red and orange, fiber-rich legumes (beans and peas), and others Fruits, especially whole fruits in a variety of colors Whole grains "Adequate intake of dietary fiber is associated with digestive health and reduced risk for heart disease, stroke, hypertension, certain gastrointestinal disorders, obesity, type 2 diabetes, and certain cancers. According to consumer research, the public is aware of the benefits of fiber and most people believe they consume enough fiber. However, national consumption surveys indicate that only about 5% of the population meets recommendations, and inadequate intakes have been called a public health concern. " Clinical Significance A high-fiber diet has the following health benefits: Improved bowel health: High fiber diet prevents the formation or worsening of hemorrhoids and diverticular disease, which presents as outpouchings in the colon walls. Studies have shown that a high-fiber diet decreases the risk of colorectal cancer.[12] Cholesterol-lowering effects: Soluble fibers bind to cholesterol molecules in the small intestine and prevent their absorption. The cholesterol-lowering properties of soluble fibers help to prevent coronary heart disease.[13] Postprandial glucose and insulin levels: Soluble fibers slow the absorption and digestion of carbohydrates and lower insulin demand in the body, thereby stabilizing postprandial glucose levels.[14][15][16] Improved satiety and weight loss: Soluble fibers make the stomach contents viscous and prolong gastric emptying time. Studies have shown this to help reduce weight, improve BMI, lower body fat, and waist-to-hip ratio.[17] Cancer prevention: Some studies have shown that soluble fibers such as pectin have antioxidant properties and lower the risk of other types of cancer, including breast cancer.[18] Helps to live longer: Fiber intake is associated with decreased prevalence of diabetes type 2, coronary heart disease, stroke, and improved immune function.[19][17]

I went vegan for ethical reasons but the health benefits are undeniable. I thought I was in good shape because I exercised regularly and ate a “balanced” diet. I was a little overweight, had joint pain, asthma, and a fair amount of stress anxiety from a demanding career. The first 2 weeks were hard as my body went through a detox but after that everything changed all at once. In 3 months of going vegan my energy levels were off the charts, my sleep was better than ever, the extra weight melted, and my body reshaped, I noticed more mental clarity, and the biggest improvement is my asthma symptoms almost completely disappeared. And now my career and life is more demanding than ever and I have no anxiety. Like this man, I wish I’d been vegan from a baby. Did I miss meat? Yes, I missed certain meats for quite awhile but I just couldn’t bring myself to partake in that lifestyle anymore. Now if I smell any meat cooking it turns my stomach. I feel the vegan diet has completely transformed my body and has also improved my physical and mental health. My medical tests are great and I’m rarely ever sick. I come from a long line of family, on both sides, who die from cancer and heart disease way too early, and most become type 2 diabetic - and all heavy meat eaters. I love my family but it is difficult listening to them whine about all their ailments and daily pain and how limited they are as they shovel lots of meat into their mouths, all the while telling me how lucky I am that I have good genes and must have been switched at birth. And when I fill my plate they tell me how unhealthy I eat because I don’t get enough protein. 🙄 And the hilarious thing is when I bring dishes to family dinners, mine are the first to disappear. The whole food, plant based diet has come a long way and the food can be amazing and so fun to cook. There are some great, non-preachy people on KZbin who share amazing recipes for those who want to try. Just search “ whole food plant based” and you are sure to find some dishes that will make you drool. If you are looking for a way to feel so much better, give this at least a month. Get past the detox phase and your world will change and you will continue to improve. Whatever diet you choose, please do it as healthy as possible because life is a gift and should be lived at its fullest and not being miserable in our bodies.

If you give it plant foods, that is where all the nutrients are, you'll relieve the struggle the body goes through to get rid of all the poisons people eat in their foods. My wife was vegetarian for 35 years, mostly vegan for last 5 yrs. She died of cancer at age 66. Didn't smoke or drink, not overweight, and physically active. Many people eating a typical NA diet are in their 80s and 90s. I've got to think genetics and the hand you were dealt is by far the biggest factor
@VeganLinked

Sorry to hear for your loss. Vegetarian tends to not be very healthy at all. And cancer usually starts many years, even decades before we know. Vegan isn't really a diet, it is a philosophy. But it happens to be the healthiest, most protective way if eating according to the totality of evidence is vegan, and that is a whole plant food exclusive diet consisting of beans, greens, grains, fruits, veggies, mushrooms, nuts, seeds, herbs and spices; and a variety of each. But this seems most protective when done from birth. Even still, there are many others variables at play such as stress, lack of rest, proper sun exposure, environmental toxins, genetics, etc. We can't look at any one person and deduce much beyond that isolated individual. We can only do our best to make the most of our inevitably limited time on this planet. It sounds like your wife was a very compassionate loving person and did the best she could for herself and others.

What a good vibe has this doctor, and I give you the best quote : People want to hear good things about their bad habits ( is not my),I became vegetarian in Argentina in 1973, believe me I was really alone, it wasn't easy, on top of that all this ignorant doctors told me I was going to die for lack of protein, jejejeje. Became vegan in 2003 after I find out first what they do to this animals to extract milk (insane) and also how bad dairy is for your health ( the only animal product I was ingesting was cheese). I turn 67 next month and never took any pill besides ibuprofen and some antibiotics., so I am still alive and I probe all this ignorant doctors to be wrong.

I`m sixty seven and have been vegan for over ten yrs and feel healthy and active for my age. In my twenties i ate a very high processed meat and dairy diet and suffered with various regular bouts of infections, plus weight gain, Asthma and IBS. Within weeks of living vegan and eating lots of veg and fruit, all of the ailments id suffered with went away and has stayed away. My weight for my age and height is ideal so no extra pressure on my joints. I make sure i have B12 from yeast flakes and yeast extract and get my omega from nuts and seeds. My immune system is also at its best and strongest too. There has been no negative downsides to this lifestyle at all and i feel as though i have been rewarded with good health for not paying for the death and cruelty of innocent animals in the meat dairy and egg industries.

My family was so insistent that I eat meat and I have gone back and forth eating meat but I only felt good is when I was vegan. No one food need to have high amounts of any one amino acid. Soy beans are very protective and the more whole the better and the longer you have been eating it the better, along with a proper variety of other whole plant foods. I had a low risk cancer removed recently. I’ve been vegetarian for 18’yrs and vegan for 10 yrs. I’m seeing my doctors, but I feel like I’m a sitting duck waiting for this thing to come back. No one is really giving me preventative solutions, aside for my treatment that makes me gain weight, constipates me, prob making my vision worse, I’m an emotional mess as well, thickens the uterus too yay. This treatment gives me all the symptoms of menopause and I have to take this for 5 yrs. I don’t want to wait for cancer to come back even though they say it probably won’t. I need to know why I got this even though I’m considered healthy and active! I need solutions as well. But the medical system doesn’t offer that. They just say don’t bother to try to figure it out, you’ll never know why. Also how this is normal, but this is NOT normal! So do I just wait for this thing to come back? I wish my oncologist was wfpb or I could speak to this doctor. 🙃

@@VeganLinked thanks! That’s what I’ve been doing, all of it! But stress and depression is still an issue, mostly now from the fear this thing could come back. My therapist is having me meditate and listening to affirmations. I run and I am finally able to lift light weights again, that helps a lot too. Green juice, oatmeal every morning, have to get better at growing my own wheat grass and micro greens. My sibling got me on Turkey tail mushrooms and maitake tinctures. I eat a lot of mushrooms too. I just find it frustrating that these cancers are considered so common Nd normal and that is enough for some of these cancer experts. I need more. But I suppose focusing on bettering my diet and mental health will be my answer to keeping cancer free. Thank you again! Great interview and information! Best 🌱

I’m experiencing the very same thing. My oncologist told me that even though the cancer will probably never come back she wants me to take the medicine. Why? She had no answer except to say “Just in case”. I’m asking myself why am I taking the prescription when there’s no proof that it will stop the cancer from coming back? It’s a gamble no matter what. Does she want me to take this medicine so the Cancer Society can add me to a data statistic? Plus, when reading the side effects, the side effects are just as bad. Sooner or later one or the other will cause death. It’s a quagmire. May God guide you to making the best decision for your life. ❤

Awesome as long as you're not getting too much salt from those fermented foods, you could use vinegar instead. Salt is completely unnecessary and risky, you can get enough sodium from whole plant foods. But a dash here and there as long as you know how much you're getting is all you need, if you're preparing all the food that you eat you can properly monitor it then it's probably totally fine (too much salt can lead to hypertension and stomach cancer). It's great that you're doing fermenting tho!

Zero need for dairy. Especially if you have healthier plant options.
