looks yummy. I make a similar version w/o the cumin. But I blend the hell out of it, while drizzling a little olive oil - it makes it super smooth. I learned this from a Lebanese friend. Sometimes i'll drop a few cherry tomatoes. Hummus is so versatile. Next time i'll do it w/ the onions!

Could I freeze a large batch of carmelized onions and use it whenever I want to make the hummus? Will that work??
