6:07 I think the way pepsiman is getting so strong is by his suit basically being Vibranium(marvel comics) The more hits it absorbs the stronger it becomes It's the ultimate weapon against a saiyan as they hold back because they want a good fight, because of this the suit is able to survive hits from a restricted saiyan giving it power to grow in prep for their FULL POWER. It's a super huge weakness the saiyans have. Holding back until the very last moment because they want a good fight. And instead of grabbing and tearing limbs and pieces off they prefer to punch things to do damage.
