I loved this video, and i also love the point you brought up about Great Ape Vegeta vs. Saiyan Saga Goku, i've had this argument multiple times and a lot of people say that Kaioken Goku destroyed Vegeta, COMPLETELY ignoring the Great Ape form. They claim that Great Ape doesn't count while Kaioken does which is such trash. Vegeta can literally MAKE his own moon, meaning he had access to that form whenever he wanted. They also misinterpret Vegeta when he says he despises the form. Some people seem to think that means he had less control in that form, which wasn't true, i think he just hates resorting to becomeing a giant ass gorilla, especially cuz he was forced to do so.

People need to know Dragon Ball is not a deep series (it’s not shallow, but it’s not like Black Jack, Steins Gate or anything). Every character meets a simple archetype, and they are written in a fun and entertaining way within their role. Vegeta is the “wing man” of Goku, and he have to progress to push (or otherwise reflect) Goku’s progress. That’s his archetype, he HAS to “beat Goku” constantly, just so Goku can come back even stronger and win the fight at the end. How can you tell a story if Vegeta never beats Goku until now?!

"Cheat mode activated" the shit you fanboys think of. First off, Goku gave Vegeta a sensu which gave him a zenkai boost, then Krillin and Dende helped out. Gravity was Gokus idea after training on King Kais, he was being smart. Vegeta has probably been on many world's with worse conditions than earth that basically trained his body. And if Goku can surpass Vegeta by goinngin the chamber once for not even a full year, then otherworld doesnt matter. He knows how to train better. Period.

By page 5 chap 61 everybody, and Moro included, are questionning Vegeta's obstination on connecting his punch to Moro's body with seemingly no damages until it is revealed that it is a strategy. In fact, he uses his technique from the first connected punch and the effects are finally visible by page 10 when he really hurts Moro for the first time.

My biggest problem with dragon ball as a whole is the under use of side characters it seems to be the Goku and Vegeta show sure other characters do things I would be lying if I said they didn’t the tournament of power is the best modern example of that Master Roshi had some of the best moments in that ark however it lasted for 2 episodes at most when Goku got a 5 episode fight when nothing else happened in a royal rumble like come on. Other characters just seem to have turned into cheerleaders it sucks and what’s worse dragon ball humiliates it’s characters like when Piccolo got eliminated by a bug witch wouldn’t have been that bad if they had build up but they didn’t. I don’t know I’ll always love dragon ball but sometimes it just makes me mad.
