Thank you for your recipe, I remember my Bengali father making a meat version of these, I last saw him make them about 43 years ago. The other videos by others all used a besan batter. I however remember the texture and knew that wasn't right. Your recipe has what I was looking for using bread crumbs. I never found out how he made them and he passed now almost 12 years ago. I now can make them again, I am very pleased. Though I do not understand Bengali your text and video have made it very easy and possible for me to make this.
