Have you ever asked for a vegetable sandwich and they brought it to you with tuna? It will always be a mystery to us because vegetable sandwiches have ingredients of animal origin such as fish. The recipe for this Sunday is a 100% vegetable sandwich with sea flavor, freshhhhquito for the summer. If you want to try doing it, here is the recipe written:
VEGETABLE TUNA SANDWICH:
INGREDIENTS:
- 400 g of chickpeas, stewed and drained
- 1/2 sheet of nori seaweed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 celery (approx. 20 g)
- 1/2 red onion (approx. 100 g)
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4-5 tablespoons of vegan
- 6-8 slices of bread
- lettuce
- tomato

· Start by picking the chickpeas with a fork. Not the hummus type escaches, but as crumbled.
· We are going to flavor the sea with the nori seaweed, and the best way is by crushing it with a blender. When we have a kind of powder we add it to the chickpeas together with the salt and stir.
· We reserve and crush the rest of the ingredients.
· Add the chopped celery and chopped onion to the mixture.
· We adjust with the black pepper and add the vegan.
· We mix until you have a creamy texture. If you see that it is very dry you can add a little more vegan.
