Dear Sunny Ji, I am 57 years old, 5'8"height & weight 94 KG, I am diabetic and hyper. After taking medicine both are normal. Weekly 4-5 days I do exercise. Please give me a normal diet plan to reduce my weight up to 75 kg. please help.

Maine 6 maheene ka plan lia tha healthyfyme per 17 kg wazan kam kia lekin ab nahi ho raha kyu k mere uric acide ki problem hai mai 2 egg bhi leta hu to uric acide high ho jata hai. Sir please bataiye kya karun apni protein ki zaroorat kaise poori karun.

Can we add lemons chilli powder and chat masala to everything we eat like salads n dal As u have said in the snack after breakfast that green tea with lemon has 70 calories n since green tea has zero calories does it mean that lemon has 70 calories..in that case adding lemon to dal or to veggies in every meal would increase my calories to more than 1433... Also in murmura or puffed rice can we add raw onions coriander leaves n lemon n tomatoes to make it tastier Also you havent added any dairy products like milk or curd or buttermilk. .can we have one cup of desi tea or coffee with milk in morning or buttermilk or curd during lunch .. I have two glasses of buttermilk during lunch which is lot of water n curd churned together and adding rocksalt n jeera powder to it Do we have to stop that Also you made a video two years ago about vegetarian diet for women in which u have changed the plan where u have given roti for breakfast...do we follow that plan or this one.. Also to have same diet everyday is boring so can u give 3 or 4 choices for the main meals like maybe instead of dal one day we can have palak paneer or something like that You have a very unique style of talking n it's really informative n fun to see your videos coz something or the other makes us laugh...keep it up n dont change your style
