First of all yoga n work out Take lemon honey in warm water After half hour you can take tea or lemon tea with one chapati or bread In lunch 2 chapati, sabji, daal, dahi, chaach After 2-3 hours you can take cup of tea n in dinner take boiled chana or salad or fruits....you definitely loose your weight..its my personal experience 😊

And green tea is never supposed to be taken empty stomach, because it dissolves sugar or carbs and if you take it empty stomach it degrades your stomach wall, so please never take green tea empty stomach. Always after a meal.
