I just came back from Boston and went to red white while I was there. The ramen is amazing! My favorite dish was the Tokyo Masala! I think its a new item on their menu and it is straight up fire!!!!!!

Sooo good I get it whenever I can. The flavor is rich and deep, highly satisfying. All ingredients fused to perfection. The best Japanese ramen I’ve had, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Yo could boil it for one hour, and then leave with the lid on top, the Steve turnen of, and just turn it on again like every hour to bring it to a boil again, and turn it off again. Just infusing in the hot water for a long time will be good
