How do I tell the difference between Velcro and "hook and loop" (ie. Velcro)? Don't think I've ever seen branded Velcro. Is the idea that we forget Velcro even exists? This was vaguely amusing, but the very idea of using trademark lawyers to gain sympathy... that was seriously never going to work.
