Three years ago, we only had a secured $500 credit card. Today, exactly 3 years later, we have over 15k of available credit. As we exercised that card, our score went up,, we were able to get a 7k personal loan, paid that off with income tax refund, and just continued to get offers building our credit. We used it sparingly, just enough to exercise it to up our scores. 300 to 400 credit score to 680 and rising. Grateful to have come across Christy's videos and things are even better and we've only just begun. Just by applying what she teaches works on paper and the bank. Breathing more easily these days and Glorifying God for His provision of this knowledge through Christy. Thank you dear Lady. 😊😊

This is awesome info. I’m loving this VB. I’m gonna try it. I’m in at least 500k debt which includes mortgage car loans and very little credit card. Cash flow is negative at the moment and I do have a 15500$ LOC now down to 10k so I’m gonna start your process and see what happens. It was challenging first when I heard it and tried to keep up with the numbers etc but after spending 3 nights I think I got it so now I’m gonna try it and bring you back a testimony. I like the additional info about the Whole Life Insurance as well. Thanks again! Blessings!

I did a re-fi comparison to a Heloc. 5.85% Refi mortgage vs 9% LOC Paying in less money into the mortgage, I was able to pay less total interest ($8k) But Heloc reduced term by one month. I also will have to see how much closing cost would equate for a $200k loan.

my credit union denied me and i have a 697 credit score, and they don't do plocs, it would have to be a loan and they would cancel my cards. i figure i'll work with the cards i have

Go to another Credit Union , with that score you can easily get a Ploc.

I'm starting this , this month. I'm still a little confused about other expenses if you are putting all your income inside the credit card. If you have to buy clothing or a dinner or a gift. Are you supposed to use th LOC and if so is that calculated into the money you deposit for that month. Or do you hustle to pay that additional expense off?

It’s definitely a savings plan. It just gets TAXED TO DEATH and the FEES are silly. Not to mention, you have zero access to it until you’re 59-1/2 unless you take loan. All w/d besides loans cause penalties. Just ridiculous.
