U nailed it sister! As an employer I’m frustrated with the system. I provide benefits that make a difference, I allocate money as an hourly wage they can use toward healthcare, give them vacation pay, holiday pay, etc but I don’t participate in the 401k bs and it’s annoying how many employees think they need to go find a job with the full benefits ie 401k. I pay very high hourly rate for my county and I tell them they’re welcome to dump their money into a 401k if they want but it’s really sad how so many ppl don’t think it thru. A job can say “Full Benefits!!” But then pay you $5 hr less then what I pay & they take the bene job. Silly. Anyway, ur system is giving me life!!!

I would love to see you show me the numbers on my situation. I have recently became disabled and draw a monthly check. I’m not a very educated person and struggle at keeping focused on things. I would love to be able to help others when they are in need. I help people now but it really is tough when I’m struggling

I finally was able to unlock my email, that had gotten full or overfilled with mail!Your amazing help, has always allowed us to see our way out of this mess, we got into, due to my major health issues, that cost me over a year & a half to recover even this far! But, do not think that I am complaining , but I give God all the praise for his deliverance!

The only store cards I use have a discount on purchases and I pay them off before interest is charged. But they also have 0 interest if paid off in a certain amount of time. I never let interest hit my account.

If you’re using the heloc to pay your mortgage I would wait until the 13-15th to pay to avoid paying extra daily interest. Also by paying on the 15th your mortgage is not considered late.

Regarding paying off credit cards, should one start with the highest balance AND highest interest rate? Once that is done, move on to the next lower. I have three cards at the same rate (the highest rate I have), so I’m starting with the one with the highest balance of those three. My highest balance card has the lowest interest rate.
