Aaron Funk himself said in a magazine that he saw this and said it was the most accurate drum cover of any of his songs. So the original composer even agrees that this is spot on.

Cable Vamp really?! Damn! Do you happen to have a pic of that?
@cablevamp31637 жыл бұрын
Yogev Gabay yeah it’s on my 1TB HDD so I’ll look for it. But yeah I saw this cover and was at Guitar Center in the Synthesizer section and you know how they had all those magazines well Electronic Musician interviewed Aaron on what he thinks about music and who’s influenced him and then was asked if anyone’s covered his songs and you and Mike Glozier were mentioned and he went on saying that he’s seen many covers but you and Mike were the only ones to hit every note precisely spot on. He of course used his silly wording because it is Aaron Funk lol.

its all about renoise, once u crack the code its not only fun to make beats like this its effortless almost, get into the program get some good amen break samples , go into sampler mode cut that shit up, then rearrange in the tracker. you can do alot with that program its really really groovy, add in a drum machine to break up the monotony and boom your golden
@Gabriel-mw5ro5 жыл бұрын
@@RedNosePitbullMT45 Can you elaborate? As far as I could tell Renoise is simply another DAW. Are you implying it's easier to create breakbeats on it?
@RedNosePitbullMT455 жыл бұрын
@@Gabriel-mw5ro renoise has a very cool tracker or "piano roll" as its somtimes called. it has feature which is really helpful and cool for jungle electroinc music. in its sampler you can splice up asample of say a 20 second drum clip. it then auto maps all those splices onto your keyboard so you can easily enter specific keys in your tracker that let triggers different parts of the sample. if you get really good ay understanding rhythm of the genre you can, you can triger all those breaks and it will seamlessly playback to you. its a little hard to describe in words but thats the best i can describe how it works. just alot of room for customization and effects and treatments also . just the way renoise is setup makes alot of other trackers and drum machines obselete just how easy the workflow can be . but i like to combine those chopped up samples and put into my mpc and i also use pro tools in combo with renoise. but its all good shit.
