I love that at some point David stopped singing and just enjoyed the harmonies and kept accompanying with his guitar. Great version.

An absolute incredible version of this song. I’ve literally listened to CSN’s original studio version and other, live performances, at least 1000 times since 1969 and this one is right there at the top.

This has always been one of my favorites written by David Crosby. Every rendition I’ve ever heard brings something new and unique.

In this video and others including "Deja Vu" with CPR what strikes me is the reaction on Crosby's face to great performers and performances. True, he had his demons and his flaws, but the look on his face when the harmonies start, or when his son finishes his amazing piano solo in "Deja Vu," is the essence of ecstasy. It gives me chills. Best of all, I am still catching up with the amazing output of his final act, with Lighthouse and others. A treasure trove to be sure.

The precious ultra talented Lennon family, starting with the Lennon Sisters. I love that David Crosby thought so highly of them and collaborated with them.

From day one I was a Byrds fan..especially Crosby Everybody’s been burned, traction in the rain, Triad. Later on I heard original demos from CSN that Henry Lewy at A&m studios played for me, told me he had to decide between them and Joni. Years after got to sing with david and nash in the studio on a song i wrote..but unfortunately was never finished. Nice memories though..

Maybe they were a little on edge doing it with Croz. It’s a lovely, otherworldly song. It has no analogue. Feels plucked from eternity.

Jammer dat dit een mono versie is. De opname klonk juist zo goed!

Crosby only wrote songs that MEANT something. He couldn't and wouldn't try and write commercial pop songs. He thought that was a total waste of time. Might as well just become a construction worker than write songs just to make money. We don't have souls this pure, this deeply rich today. EVERY artist on The radar writes to SELL Downloads. Very sad.

Horrible? Are we hearing same thing?! Forced is exactly what I’d call this…great introduction but very let down with what I heard. The bbc version with just Crosby and Nash can’t be topped.

A little harsh - agree not comparable to the BBC version but Croz is like almost 80 here.
