Sir, my husband made this dish today for kids school lunch. Cheesy corn is my daughter’s most favorite. Spinach is my favorite for kids meal. Every time I offer a spinach dish in traditional way, there is some sort of pushback from her. My husband tried this for her for school lunch today. No wonder it became her favorite dish!
