Hi Venkatesh Sir, I used to see your recipes in Samayal Samayal from my 10th std. U were more professional that time and I used to jus observe what u cook. I never wrote down your recipes but I have been good in cooking and now in 2021 I watch your recipes again, I feel we both cook the same way. And my friends ask all recipes from.me for whatever I cook. Not to boast on myself. Jus saying that your tips have been in my mind from 2014 till date. I got my basics right following u.

Man times, you have mentioned that there are 1000s of dishes you can teach about. Therefore, 100 is only the beginning, though a very strong beginning. It has already made people like me appreciate the finer nuances of the role of ingredients in dishes and made people appreciate the dishes I make following your recipe even in the first attempt. The best thing is, sometimes, I'm able to explain some things to my mother or my wife, or neighbor, people who have been cooking for decades, but didn't have explanations like yours from deep expertise. In fact, many times my mother has said, you should've taken up cooking and you would have come up very well in life :). May you have many more 100s! Congrats!
