My mother in law used to dip vada in a liquid of half cup milk and half cup water for 15 minutes. She used to say that curd in the vada doesn't turn sour soon by doing this. Squeeze and drop in seasoned curd

Out if curiosity i want to clarify one point in thairvadai....last time when u made this vadai you told us tht originally nothing was added in the maav no ginger no green chilles but this time you hve added jeera ginger n green chillies....why...is it your modification for the health?
