Venom 1 was overrated to me, Venom 2 bored me so much I barely finished it. From what I remember of Venom in the comics, not only did he not crack jokes, but he was actually creepy and scary.

Wuz up. I actually thought it was better than ok. The movie starts of slow and boring with a paper thin story. It starts to pick up in the middle of the second act and the 3rd act was really good, violent action and emotional. I gave it 7.25/10.

Watching the commercial, I knew this movie was a dud but I gave it a chance i try my best not to walkout or fall asleep the same scenario just like any other movie like Godzilla,Transformers , Incredible Hulk vibes … hero vs the military / bad guy not one time did I laugh? The jokes are beyond horrible and the ending wtf 🤬
