Everyone has started giving recipe for udli batter.. if rice and urad dhall is good, 4:1 is the universal formula. A table soon of Methi is for health and to get fluffy urad batter.

Looked very soft.Sis i replayed few times. First you took 3 tumbler idly rice 3 tumbler parboiled rice and mixed it and took 5 tumbler. Isnt it supposed to be 6 tumbler altogether

Actually we needed 5tumbler of mixed rice instead of 2.5 tumbler of both idly rice and parboiled rice we made it in round figure u don't have to confuse with numbers better take equal parts of both rice
