Tony has the voice, creation skills and delivery of narration which is world class. As good if not better than any National Graphic or any other documentary I have ever seen.

I enjoyed meeting Mr. Fleming up in Auke Bay this past summer, west of Juneau. He was a very friendly man full of adventure! I had to tell him how much I love his videos of his travels aboard one of the prettiest yachts afloat today. Certainly a timeless classic design!

I thought drones had to be LOS (Line of sight) but there's no way Chris can view his drone from so far away. How does he track it? Using a monitor on the controls? That takes talent.
@FlemingYachts Жыл бұрын
The modern drones are tiny and you lose sight of them almost immediately. They have to be flown by using the monitor - usually a phone - and, yes, that does take skill and practice.

At that time of year in that location, sunrise is at 0351 and sunset is at 10.08. It never gets really dark. You can look it up for yourself on the internet. We were underway at 0500 - more than one hour after sunrise.

Any possibility of doing future videos in High Def? Could any of your other videos be converted to that format and re-downloaded?
@FlemingYachts2 жыл бұрын
Actually, all the videos are shot in 4K. I tried for a while trying various ways of uploading in 4K but it was too much hassle and with most people watching on phones etc it was not worth the effort. I do have 42 videos uploaded on the Vyou channel on Roku under my name,

I was wondering… is the water in the bay still salt?
@quarlow12152 жыл бұрын
So beautiful. But I often wonder why drone users that work around water don't get a waterproof drone. You throw it in the water and fly it from the surface. No worrying about dunking or sinking.
@jamesscarborough95452 жыл бұрын
Because DJI is the standard, Most other drones are junk. And now DJI with the larger sensor the footage is beautiful.
