No , it is very difficult to copy, because Venus has very special swing on backhand ( racket heand is not showing up). Copy what she sayed , but use Djokovic swing.

Honestly this gave me kind of a “aha” moment . I always struggled with my backhand and after watching this I think it was down to that contact point like you said - was bringing my head up too fast and spraying it. I am guessing that playing repetitively will help develop these but I think what makes Tennis so interesting is that just by achieving being in the top 10 does not mean you will not be beaten by someone who has to have that level and how ether traits such as mental fortitude, personality, inner belief. one piece of advice i can give you as a coach is try to never ever ever be tentative. one thing i see from new players is they will almost patty cake the ball in just because they're afraid to make a mistake. NO you have to go for a good shot and to do that you have to take a good strong swimg swing thru your shot

At 5:20 “what happens if your head comes up” I wish this was fought to my daughter when she was still really young…. Because I can tell you; hitting long - on both the FH and BH has a lot to do with head / chin popping up too soon…. And, where ever the head goes, the rest follows.
