Hi Vera! Great workout again ! I was wondering.. I’ve been doing your workouts for weeks and while I love having the feeling of being sore, because I know it’s working… I was wondering if you have a recovery drink or could recommend one ? Thanks again! 😍😍

Hi Elizabeth!! The best way to deal with soreness is getting enough water & enough protein (plus fiber to digest it). Here’s an example of a day of eating for me: instagram.com/reel/CZKys2Po3Sd/? If you’re drinking a lot of water & consuming a good amount of protein (1 personally aim for 1 g per pound but that’s a bit high for a lot of people - perhaps at least trying to get 100g is a goal to start with), you could try adding BCAAs or glutamine, I take those sometimes when I’m trying to get ahead on filming and not getting sufficient rest. I completed this workout today and loved it! I found I needed 15 seconds in between exercises though, but got it done 😊

I can't believe I did the side plank dips on my FEET! Not on my knees! I was halfway through and caught myself and clapped for myself! I just can't believe it! Happy Friday and thank you Vera!!!

Great workout, especially for lower body and legs👍 I like more workouts with longer seconds of workout, but also this was good and hard, thank you😘 see you tomorrow.

Thank you! As you know, for strength it’s less about seconds of workout, and more about what you put into each rep. You should increase your weight and really focus on your form if you feel like you need more 💪

Hi Vera, Had to take my rest day yesterday and modify today's workout and doing what I could 3x times each brought me up to 35 min workout. Looking forward to seeing next weeks workout.

Another great workout ✅ I’m so proud of how I’ve come this far without giving up. It’s been a process, but I have showed up everyday to get it done. Thank you so much Vera for the time you take to put out these videos. Today I’m celebrating my 40th birthday and feeling strong and fabulous 💪🏽 I still have a lot of work especially when it comes to discipline with my food 😬 but I know at this rate I’m only going to get better 🥰❤️❤️

Great Full Body Workout Vera. I've never been a fan of full body ones as you know 🥵 but these I enjoyed! I definitely feel stronger 💪 Few weeks ago I struggled to do the reverse lunge/curtsey lunge and press ups. Now I can do them and able to do 6 press ups! Not perfect but able!! 🥳 Thank you ♥️x

Yes, very different - you should not do static stretches in your warmups. You can click into the suggested warmup videos. Cool downs are at the end.

Loved this workout. You have a great muscular body, however those shorts were quite revealing. I'm sure happy my husband was not in the room while I was doing this video. 😱🤦 Everything in this world seems to be sexualized. Just disappointing that I can't even exercise without being exposed to it. Dressing modestly would come across more professional in my opinion. Just something to think about.

I’m sorry to hear you feel that way. Tbh I don’t think I wear anything that is out of the norm for this industry. These shorts do have a lot on the side and are also some of the most popular workout shorts right now. I go to great lengths when I’m wearing leggings or other tights fitting bottoms not to have them ride up in the front (if you know what I mean). Not sure you’re gonna find free fitness content on KZbin from someone wearing sweatpants and a sweatshirt but good luck in your search!

Everyone is welcome to wear whatever they like in their workouts. Talking about over sexualization? Please 🙌 these are Nike’s most popular women’s shorts, so clearly a lot of women - other than me like them and enjoy them because they’re most comfortable. My viewership is 85% women, and I don’t post constant clickbait booty and “slim your waist” workouts like 99% of the channels on KZbin, but instead, real workouts that get you real results. But, oh my goodness, I wore shorts with slits and a full lining!!
