That was the most burn I have felt during an upper body workout so far. I could feel every muscle in my back and my shoulders contracting. Amazing!

Wow…Wow… I increased my weights from 8 lbs to 10 lbs did I feel the difference more weight less reps but solid. Thank you sooo much Vera for this opportunity to work out having fun..! 🌹🌞🌊🏊🏼‍♀️🏊🏼‍♀️🏄🏾‍♂️🏄🏻

Holy hell!!!! 💪🏼🔥🔥🔥. I couldn’t hold my water after this. I am so impressed at how effective these workouts have been at increasing my strength. I feel like I am actually building muscle!!! And I had to buy heavier weights!!!! Thank you!

Hi Julie!! Thanks so much for the suggestion but I’m not planning on doing that as it causes more harm than good as it causes competition and comparison, which I don’t want on my page. Everyone should pick a weight that’s individual to them - I do list what I use for reference - it’s in the caption and on screen - but I don’t want it as a constant reminder on the screen. We are now in week 6, so I think we should all know pretty well what weights we are comfortable with for which exercise 💖 hope you understand!

I appreciate the comment, but I at this time don’t plan on doing this due to the harmful effects from this. I provide all weight information in the caption and the intro for reference only, I don’t want anyone copying or even being influenced by the weight I use by constantly being reminded of it on screen. It only creates competition and comparison, which I’m completely against. Everyone should pick a weight individually suited to them. And weight might change for same exercise on different days.

I love your workouts but do you think you could fix the chyrons (the ones that say what the exercise is called)? They are always cut off so they’re not legible. Thanks!

I think that might be due to your screen as it’s not cut off on any devices I use - my phone, tablet, laptop, and tv all show the exercise names in full.

Oh my gosh! That was tough! My left arm pretty much gave up by the third circuit😅but I was determined to finish so I just picked up some lighter weights and kept going! Not sure how I'm going to wash my hair in the shower now! 🤣
