Hi Julie!! Thanks so much for the suggestion but I’m not planning on doing that as it causes more harm than good as it causes competition and comparison, which I don’t want on my page. Everyone should pick a weight that’s individual to them - I do list what I use for reference - it’s in the caption and on screen - but I don’t want it as a constant reminder on the screen. We are now in week 6, so I think we should all know pretty well what weights we are comfortable with for which exercise 💖 hope you understand!

I appreciate the comment, but I at this time don’t plan on doing this due to the harmful effects from this. I provide all weight information in the caption and the intro for reference only, I don’t want anyone copying or even being influenced by the weight I use by constantly being reminded of it on screen. It only creates competition and comparison, which I’m completely against. Everyone should pick a weight individually suited to them. And weight might change for same exercise on different days.

Oh my gosh! That was tough! My left arm pretty much gave up by the third circuit😅but I was determined to finish so I just picked up some lighter weights and kept going! Not sure how I'm going to wash my hair in the shower now! 🤣
