I got a great deal on a Juki $235. I want to upgrade from the stinger and brother. That brother and the reviews are making me second guess on a mechanical. I like making dresses with a twist or at least that’s what I want to do.

I stg I was having a whole conversation with you during the first few minutes! I saw a good deal on the blue brother and your vid convinced me to take the plunge and buy it. I bought a LX3817 but my mom borrowed it and won't give it back lol thank you!!

I’m soooooooo happy that you made that leap. Now we just have to figure out a way to get the machine back from mom lol. I can’t wait to see the things you make with you machine.😍❤️

@@TheZaeWae Thanks for responding love, I’m just not just to be honest I’ve been trying different settings do sew on the mesh/polyester/ or spandex cap and I’m not sure of a combination to try. It’s my tension it’s off I know that for sure but I’m not sure of the best number to set it to. Any suggestions

@@tiffylafaye No problem! Okay so I just went back and looked at mines lol! So I would suggest that you use 2,3,9 and here’s why: I say 2 is because the straight stitch, this could really work as that first level of security for the hair and then going back over it with either the 3 or 9. Letting that work as a final layer of security. Also, 3 and 9 is the two stitch I would using sewing on spandex type fabric.

@@TheZaeWae okay so you think I should do a single stitch over a zigzag? So 2,3,9 from left to right or right to left ?

@@tiffylafaye honestly that’s up to you. You have to figure out which methods works for the styles you are creating. Also, you should try both methods on a sample piece and then they can show you which method that you like better.
