Vertical Jump Bodyweight Workout At Home - Plyometrics
These bodyweight plyometric exercises will increase your vertical jump!
Vertical Jumps - 10 reps
Bodyweight Squats - 10 reps
Bodyweight Lunges - 10 reps
Drop Step Jumps - 10 reps
Wall Sits - Hold To Failure
Take a small break and repeat these vertical jump exercises for 3 more sets.
Get 2-3 days of rest between workout days.

Just do these :- Jump Squats 5x10 Squats 5x10 Pistol Squats 5x5 Lunges 5x10 Calf Raise Slow 5x10 Plank 3 Min Rest 2 Min between sets/5 Min between exercises

I was 6'2 at 16 dunking easily on regulation rim. I was always told I was tall so I thought nothing special of me being able to dunk so early and so short. I'm now 6'6 (6'7) and 22 and I can barley grab rim, I could do it but it hurts my body. I'm fully committed to getting my hops back. I'll update you guys on how the process goes.

if you do it enough it will improve your vertical but you'll have to use weights at some point

So i found this few days ago and i know it says to do it 2-3 times a week with a break but can i also do it daily instead for max results? I already did it 2 days in a row going on my 3rd and i been thinking about making it a daily thing. Im a little sore but i can definitely do more, nothing major. Do u recommend it for the quickest results?

I think you should let your legs recover for at least a day in the week. On the other hand have you seen results on your vertical?

doing any exercises really, vert usually takes a while, and it gets harder to gain the higher you get

Injury, especially with the knees, and the increase in vert could be slower because your body has no time to regenerate and build the muscles

This ia funny. I'm watching this to try and increase my vertical yet I jump higher than buddy on the left. All I do is squats and my results are better? Explain.

different body types, that dude is super big and strong, especially with the upper body so it takes a lot more for him to get off the ground, you might be skinnier.

@@RobVI probably pretty short to be honest, below average, but you can see he is bulky. I dont know what your body type is but I would assume you are more lean like the dude on the right. Also, the guy on the right might not actually do jump training often, i dont know
