Not being allowed to olympic lift with a platform and bumper plates is ridiculous. Cupcake gym.

Why have a power rack with a platform with Olympic plates if you can't drop the weights??? It literally makes zero sense at all. Goes to show not all gyms understand at all what an olympic lift is and why doing it a certain way is important
@Boss3Nate9 күн бұрын
@ power cleaning 225lbs or more and dropping the weight isn’t ego lifting. Hell dropping 135 after a clean isn’t either. Just proves you’re clueless when it comes to Olympic lifting.
@theheebs10011 күн бұрын
Having to rack all of those power cleans, unload the weight, and set up again has got to be such a pain in the ass. People need to just get over if when someone else is dropping weights. It's just that person trying to prevent getting hurt. It's not like it's a threat against you or something.

Why you don’t put more weights on the hamstring curl?

What is the point of the platform and bumper plates then I thought stuff like that doesn’t happen anymore
@rogeliogsevilla11 күн бұрын
Bumper plates can only do so much once you get passed 185 lbs it’s going to get loud lol
@oldmanballs78711 күн бұрын
@@rogeliogsevillayeah… it’s a gym blaring music. The sound of weights slamming and sweat dripping. That gets you in the zone. It’s so weird that gyms don’t allow it cuz it’s ’too loud’.
@aohjii10 күн бұрын
im glad my gym isnt weird like this, i can drop it loud as possible and nobody say anything

Why doesn’t he squat with his toes straight isn’t that an indication of weak ankles and lack of internal hip mobility
@jerridturner41311 күн бұрын
I have never in my life done squats with my toes straight forward. This guy of all people doesn’t have many if any weaknesses in his lower body, promise you that
@thesalo837411 күн бұрын
i mean im not a pro or sum, but i was taught that squating with toes straight is hurting knees and is quite injury-causing overall
