It's so discrimination will STOP! We still need to file charges so it can be investigated, and it want happen to furture employees. Employers can't just do whatever they want to you , and think there is no consequences. We pay taxes to keep these kind of organizations a JOB. If discrimination occurs please report it to the proper organizations, even if you do not want a lawsuit.

EEOC is completely pointless, regardless of how the manager treated you they are never held accountable nor do they lose their job for the things that they do. I have been discriminated by my age, sexually harrassed, bullied, had multiple of my checks completely shortened and told everyday to just quiet because I am no value to the company just a number. Yet nothing happened to the manager that did these terrible things. It was so bad that I had to quiet my job. I filed the EEO and they said I have to come to an agreement with the same person that did these things to me and the only offer I received was to have my job back and at the same facility. Which I denied as soon as they say it. The Post Office claims its a zero tolerance but that is far from the truth. That manager should really be fired, sued and put in jail for many of the things he did not just to me but many others. I refuse to work for the corrupt arcane Post Office that doesn't give 2 cents about their employees. But worships and defends their mangement as if they are gods and never holds them accountable with consequences for what they do or say. I gave my 2 cents because thats my story.

Thanks for this excellent overview! I'm an employee who won my case at EEOC. The tips in this video make perfect sense. I recommend employees who file discrimination claims study this type of information BEFORE you contact EEOC. It's easy to say or do the wrong thing & lose if you don't know this stuff...

Back in 2003, 2005, and 2011 I was not aware of this Resource. There were no tracking your Charges like it is today. Thank God and Upright people who have put in place transparency and better accountable resources. Most likely Utube was nonexistent. 😒

Atty Kelvin Lied to me that EEOC did not find reasonable cause. Daniel Nance never told how my Case was CLOSED prematurely at the Unauthorized and Unethical causation of Atty. Kelvin Little. There where so many Red Flags, how could an EEOC Investigators missed them, if they were were not also "Bad Players" in the Corruption Schemes❓This IS NOT ISOLATED🛂🛅🛃❗❗❗

Whistleblower Complaints: THIS IS A CALL FOR EEOC TO BE INVESTIGATED for Racketeering, Discrimination based Disability, Age, Race, Sex and Financial Statue etc. ❗Especially for Daniel Nance and Prior Director Mrs. B Kimbrough etc.

If you’ve had your charge investigated by the EEOC and they close your case because they didn’t find reasonable cause, don’t feel discouraged from finding a lawyer and filing a lawsuit on your own when you receive your notice of rights to sue letter. When I filed my charge with the EEOC, it was blatantly obvious that unlawful discrimination took place and I had direct evidence literally in writing to prove my claims. It was pretty ridiculous how little investigation the EEOC did on my charge.

We hope you won your case. Discrimination has no place in the modern workforce!

I read comments on different sites about how the EEOC doesn’t do thorough investigations, I was saying they just didn’t have a good case. I was wrong. Thanks for your comment. I can see why some attorneys may want the right to sue letter prior to the investigation being completed.

Please know, Atty Little concealed Polo's Response to the Charges from me. I did not learn about the that Polo Legal Counsel had only responded to "Age Discrimination" after the Fact" CLOSED. Daniel Nance did not want to to release the File to me; nor did Atty. Little. I was in total darkness as to what they had done against me. Rigged EEOC Investigation, Egregious Obstructed Justice and Kangaroo Court.
