Love the videos! I'm most curious to see inexpensive properties that would be purchased for use as a personal vacation home and then rented out to other vacationers when we aren't there. I imagine the size would be 50-100 sq. meters and located in towns that are popular with vacationers and have a "high tourism season". Cheers!

Many thanks. I think the houses in question are really own for personal use. Have a look at other videos at other videos I have done on Spain e.g. on Alicante, Murcia etc. Here you will find relatively inexpensive property that could be rented out when you are not using the property. Please bear in mind taxes are high especially if you come from a non EU/EEA country. 24% with no deductions for expenses.

The problem are the stupid laws, if someone brakes in while you are away you legally can’t get them evicted or kicked out by police. What kind of dumb law is that?

Patrick you can but the problem is that it can take a long time through the courts especially once they have been there for more than 48 hours. One tactic you could use is the services of an anti squatting agency. The worst area in Spain is Catalonia.
