How does this translate to your elbows? Did you have any pain anytime? I can swing twohanded, but you inspired me to start building the one handed technique. Props!!!!

@@srpskisica Hi! My elbows are fine. The key is to use the technique, to achieve optimal adaptation using progressive loads. Start with 3 or 4 kg in one hand, get a base and the weights will come by themselves.
